These Terms & Conditions govern your booking and participation in tours operated by Seven Tours Egypt, a Category A licensed travel agency (Licence No. 346). Please read them carefully before booking.
A booking is confirmed once we have agreed your full itinerary with you and sent you a written confirmation. No payment is required to enquire or to hold a provisional booking. Please review all details in your confirmation and notify us immediately of any errors.
No deposit is required for most bookings — full payment is due only once your itinerary is confirmed, never before. For group bookings (7 or more travellers) or tours booked during peak season (October–April), we may request a 25% deposit to secure your date, with the remaining balance due once your itinerary is confirmed. We accept cash (Egyptian Pounds, US Dollars or Euros) or bank transfer. Prices are quoted per the agreed currency and are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
You are responsible for ensuring you hold a valid passport, any required visas, and any recommended vaccinations. Please arrive on time for scheduled activities and follow the reasonable guidance of your guide for your safety.
We are committed to delivering the services described in your confirmation with professionalism and care. Where circumstances beyond our control (such as weather, site closures, or events) affect your tour, we will offer suitable alternatives wherever possible. If we are unable to deliver your tour as confirmed — including a late or no-show vehicle on our part — you are entitled to a full refund or immediate rescheduling at no extra cost.
Seven Tours Egypt acts in good faith to arrange safe, high-quality experiences. We are not liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
